1. I have questions regarding the services. Who can I contact?
2. How can I apply for library and/or sports card(s) on campus?
After logging in, please click "Library" or "Sports" on the homepage and you will know your subscription status. You can apply for/renew these services on the Alumni App (if applicable) and then pay online. It is free for sports facilities card, whereas an annual fee of HK$50 and HK$100 will be charged for reader card and borrower card respectively. The borrower card's first-year subscription fee will be waived for HKUST Alumni Association life members.
After successful application, the card(s) will be displayed by clicking the “eCard” button on the home page.
3. Where can I find out which campus services I have subscribed?
After logging in, please click "Library" or "Sports" on the homepage of the Alumni App, the details of your subscribed service(s), including expiry date, if applicable, will be shown accordingly. Alternatively, you can also check it out by clicking the "eCard" button at the bottom of the homepage. Your subscription details will be displayed after clicking the relevant eCard(s).
Note: If you have a valid physical Reader's Card or Borrower's Card, this physical card will be invalid once you have successfully logged in on the App.
4. I am a former exchange-in students. Am I eligible to receive the eCard(s)?
Presently, the eCard is only offered to HKUST degree graduates whose graduation status is officially confirmed by the Academic Registry Office (ARO).
However, we welcome our former exchange-in students to join some of our overseas gatherings. Keep abreast of forthcoming events through our Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and website.
