* Please note applications are suspended every Thursday morning for the payment gateway because of regular weekly settlements. The suspension will take place on the next working day if Thursday is a public holiday. Please be reminded to apply the day before if you wish to access these services.

Please note:

• If you have already got a valid physical Reader's Card or Borrower's Card, this printed card will be invalid once you have successfully logged in on the Alumni App.
• You must show the eCard on your App to access the service. No screen caps will be accepted. Service details will be displayed after clicking each eCard and your photo can also be enlarged after clicking. You may be requested to enlarge the photo and show it on the App for identity verification.
• The subscription fees for Reader's or Borrower's Card are not refundable or transferrable once paid.
